"I had Dylan a few years ago. My car hydroplaned in I-385 and it was totaled. The quote State Farm gave me for my car was a few thousand dollars under what my car was going for at that time. I called Dylan and he told me to call claims. Which I did and the girl was very short and said take it or leave it. I called Dylan back and he did nothing at all to help me. I finally talked to a friend who told me to get a copy of my report from State Farm. They had my 6cyl Subaru stated and compared it to two different 4cyl Subarus. I finally got a fair deal. No thanks to Dylan or State Farm. Dropped them after this. State Farm is not a good neighbor."
