"Dylan Schaefer State Farm has been awesome! I started using them when I started renting my apartment and used them for Renters Insurance. Dylan actually took the time to sit down with me for an hour and a half after they had already closed to just go over any questions I had about any of the services they offer. After a few months, I switched to them for my car insurance because it was much cheaper than my existing company that I'd been with for years! I eventually converted my Renters Insurance into Home Owners Insurance when I bought my home, and the process was super simple along the whole way. Customer service is absolutely top notch and when I call them I actually feel like the know who I am. I had a car accident, and they handled the claim quickly and with no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone for any insurance needs! Update: several years later, and still with Dylan and his team. They are a joy to work with, and always make sure that my family and I are taken care of.
